POLICIES FOR CHANGES AND RETURNS OF GOODS

For any exchange or refund it is essential to present the original sealed invoice that covers the purchase of the item on which you want to exchange or return.
  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to make changes and refunds, later no changes or refunds will be made. During the first 05 days we will not apply any charge for exchange or refund, then we will apply a 20% charge.
  • You must present the item clean, in good condition and without traces of having been altered or installed. Likewise, the packaging must be the original, clean, complete and in good condition. - The company does not make refunds of money. You can use the amount of your refund to purchase items of similar or greater value.
  • Cable cuts, ducts, hoses, items that have been specially designed for you, as well as items marked on your bill as "NO CHANGE AND NO RETURN". They are not subject to changes or refunds.
  1. RETURNS OR CHANGES CAUSE A 20% CHARGE.
  2. ALL RETURNED CHECK CAUSES A 20% CHARGE.
  3. ALLRETURN MUST BE APPLIED AT THE MOMENT.
  4. MAKE CHANGES IN INVOICE ONLY DURING THE EXPEDITION MONTH.
  5. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
  6. IT IS NECESSARY TO CHECK DELIVERY TIME.
